Cabinet Door and Front Options
Option 1 — Pre-Finished Fronts
Available brands: Tafisa, Karisma, Uniboard, Olon, Shinnoki
Our pre-finished fronts are sourced from North America and Europe leading panel manufacturers. Factory-finished to the highest standard — consistent colour, smooth surface, and ready to install.
Timeline: 2–3 weeks production and installation
Option 2 — Premium Wood Veneer Panels
For clients who want the warmth and character of real wood grain. Available in a wide range of species and custom stain colours. Each panel is carefully matched for grain consistency and finished to your specification.
Timeline: 3–4 weeks production, staining and installation
Option 3 — Painted MDF Doors
Available in flat, shaker, slim shaker, and any custom trim profile. MDF provides the ideal substrate for a flawless painted finish — no grain telegraphing, no movement, perfectly smooth surface. Available in any colour and any design configuration for kitchens and all other cabinetry types.
Timeline: 3–4 weeks production, painting and installation
Cabinet Box Construction
Prefinished Birch Plywood Boxes
For painted MDF or wood veneer front selections:
- Cabinet boxes: 3/4 inch prefinished birch plywood
- Drawer boxes: 5/8 inch solid construction
Prefinished Material Boxes
For pre-finished front selections (Tafisa, Karisma, Uniboard, Olon, Shinnoki). Available in White Melamine, Prestige Maple, Hardrock Maple and other prefinished options:
- Cabinet boxes: 3/4 inch thickness
- Drawer boxes: 5/8 inch thickness
Hardware — Blum Exclusively
Modersy Interior works exclusively with Blum hardware — the Austrian manufacturer recognized globally as the gold standard for cabinet hinges and drawer slides. We do not use budget hardware. Period.

- Residential: Blum Soft-Close 110 degree hinges — smooth, silent, built to last
- Commercial: Blum Non Soft-Close 110 degree hinges — engineered for high-frequency commercial use
Drawer Slides
- Kitchens and Closets: Blum Undermount slides — 550mm depth, soft-close
- Bathroom Vanities: Blum Undermount slides — 450mm depth, soft-close
